What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and G Pay. Personal Checks are NOT accepted, no exceptions. The client’s card will be saved on file, but payments must be made through the listed payment methods.

When is payment due?
The deposit is due at the time of booking, and the remainder is due the day of the appointment. Deposits go towards the total cost of the service.

Are we allowed to bring any guests or kids?
No guests or kids are allowed.

Are there any Covid regulations?
Here at Elixir Aesthetics Studio, we are following all guidelines to protect against the spread of COVID-19, according to state regulations.

Booking
Please note, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required in order to hold the approved appointment and goes towards the total cost of the service. The remainder balance is due the day of the appointment. No deposit, no appointment. 

Cancellation/ No Show Policy
As a courtesy to your service provider and other clients, appointments must be
cancelled a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled/rescheduled without a minimum of 48 hours’ notice will be charged the cancellation fee: 50% of the scheduled service. The cancellation fee also applies to no shows, and no shows will be required to pay for future appointments in
advance.

Clients that consistently cancel/no show may be subjected to be denied services. No Show = No future services.

Late Policy
Please notify me if you are running late to your appointment. Being late will reduce the time we have for your service. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered as a cancellation / no show and fees will be applied accordingly.

Refunds
Elixir Aesthetics Studio does not offer refunds. If the client reschedules or cancels at
least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment, then the deposit will be credited to a one time reschedule.
